I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel eight different times, and every single visit has been special and memorable. The staff here are truly amazing always professional, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, they make you feel valued and cared for. Whether it’s offering water, towels, or simply greeting you with a warm smile, their hospitality never goes unnoticed. The hotel itself is always spotless and smells wonderful, creating such an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. During my most recent stay last week, I received some exciting news. Someone who has always taken such great care of us at the front desk, Joel, has now become the hotel manager. Hearing this made us incredibly happy. It’s inspiring to see someone who started from the bottom work their way up to the top. Joel truly deserves this role and so much more because his customer service, professionalism, and dedication have always stood out. My cousins and I continue to return to this hotel and recommend it to many others, and everyone we refer always has wonderful things to say about their experience. Thank you again, Joel and the entire staff, for always making us feel comfortable, welcomed, and right at home. It truly feels like family every time we stay here…

Overall great experience!! Wish room service was a little more consistent to get more shampoo/body wash and trash removed but when we did find them they were nice. From desk had good customer service. Jalen (I believe) was awesome & accommodating. Super close to everything!! We regretted renting a car. Lol. Definitely coming back again..

This is a second stay for me and my suite was extra special. The classic deco style with updated comforts was wonderful. The location was perfect and surprisingly quiet. They sure do not build them like they used to. Check-in was easy and Godfrey went above and beyond to make sure I would have everything I needed for my stay. I will definitely be back again!

Absolutely loved my stay at Essex House! The Art Deco vibe is authentic and charming, and the location can't be beat—right in the action of South Beach but surprisingly peaceful. Staff went out of their way to make it special. Highly recommend for a stylish getaway!

This historic gem exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable suite with all the modern touches. Joel and the team provided top-notch service, making us feel like family. Perfect base for exploring Miami Beach without a car. We'll be back soon!
